Mr. Joseph Hadjihannas is a lawyer with remarkably extensive experience in matters of Insolvency and is a fully licensed Insolvency Practitioner. He has decades of proven expertise is Corporate Law, Administrative Receiverships, Restructuring, Examinership and Debt Collection Mr. Hadjihannas’ vocation includes advising multinational companies and organizations, including well known household names, other law firms and government held entities, on issues relating to corporate law, joint ventures and venture capital investments; on corporate restructuring strategy alignment with local & international regulatory requirements; on local and international tax aspects of transactions, corporate tax planning, insolvency and reorganization, due to him being particularly adept in the resolution of tax disputes.

He is also widely involved in Energy Industry Projects – he has specialized in such projects in Cyprus, and recently had involvement in the development and construction of an oil terminal, the development and construction of a solar-thermal plant and the development and construction of PV plants, working closely with professionals and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus.
