Ms Elena Constantinou is specialised in debt restructuring, debt recovery, business turnarounds and new lending and she is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner in Cyprus. She has investment banking experience from JPMorgan Chase in New York and London and has held several positions in Corporate Banking and Debt Recovery at Hellenic Bank and the Bank of Cyprus over the past 15 years. She has also worked for Credit Acquiring Companies in Cyprus as a business development manager and has negotiated and executed several portfolio purchases from Cypriot banks.

Ms Constantinou has an MBA from the London Business School and maintains business networks abroad. She is a member of the special teaching staff of the University of Cyprus Department of Business Administration, teaching courses in Entrepreneurship, Negotiations and Conflict Resolution.
